What is “True Security” and how is it different.
We take a different approach to providing security services. We are not an observe and report security company. SecurUs Asset Protection personal detect, deter and detain criminals. We are experienced investigators with thousands of property crime arrests throughout Washington State. We utilize loss prevention strategies and Washington State law to protect your assets.
How does the law impact security service?
We know Washington State RCW’s and WAC’s and how to use the law to work for you. You have the same rights. When the police reform laws went into effect, it did not change criminal law or our industry.
How is your parol service enhanced?
We designed our patrol service to be effective against crime. We limit the number of clients in our patrol routes. Our guards are onsite longer, and they walk your site. We conduct a security threat assessment during each patrol where we search for vulnerabilities, look for suspicious vehicles and subjects, examine doors and windows, etc. We do not just get out and take pictures, we conduct an enhanced patrol.
How does the billing and payment process work?
Our billing department will send you a service invoice each month. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept all major credit cards, ACH and checks by mail.
