Why SecurUs is not Your Average Security Company.
SecurUs was founded on 4 principles. Training, Integrity, Innovation, and Strength. These principles are incorporated into every part of our business and is kept close to our hearts, (Its on our badge).
Training: SecurUs was created because there was a real need for consistent quality security services. We provide a unique training regiment that includes the basic security procedures, de-escalation, written and verbal communication, and customer service strategies and more. We believe the better we prepare our team, the better prepared they are to provide exceptional service.
Innovation: As technology advances, so must we. To maintain our position as an industry leader, we must always be learning and adapting. Only through invention can we be ready to deal with current trends and mischief. By forging ahead and implementing new innovations, we ensure our services remain the best the industry has to offer.
Integrity: Having integrity is a requirement for all security professionals. When our clients place their confidence in SecurUs. We in turn, rely on our team to instill and enhance that trust. To foster integrity we hire the absolute best people in the industry who demonstrate their commitment to our clients.
Strength: True Strength comes from within. Working on the security industry can be difficult at times. We deal with people who do not always agree with our client’s policies. As such, dealing with conflict is a large part of the job. Having the ability to deal with irate individuals while maintaining clear and level demeanor is critical to providing exceptional service. Our team members constantly prove their strength by providing exceptional service, even during difficult circumstances.
